Honor is expanding its smartwatch portfolio with the GS 3. Finally, a breakthrough in complex design, the novelty is an elegant device with a stainless steel body.
The Honor GS has 3 3D curved slides with bezels. The body is made of 316L stainless steel produced by ecological technology. The watch incorporates a 1.43-inch AMOLED show with a resolution of 466 x 466 PX and a smoothness of 326 ppi. That's a bit bigger than the Pro version with a 1.39-inch screen and 326 ppi.
The PPG sensor is located at the bottom. The 8-channel module monitors the heart rate with an accuracy of 97%.The watch unendingly monitors blood atomic number 8 levels and sleep (with over two hundred suggestions for improvement). The sensor set is covered by an accelerometer, gyroscope, compass, air pressure sensor and ambient light intensity. All measured data is stored in the Honor Health 5.0 application.
There are more than 100 sports modes, including 10 professional sports modes. This watch is water-resistant up to fifty meters (5 ATMs). Positioning of two frequencies supported by five main satellite receivers is used for location tracking.
This watch can be used for one charge in 14 days. With GPS on, it's 30 hours. The fast charging function ensures enough energy for the whole day in just 5 minutes. It takes less than 60 minutes to fully charge the battery (451 mAh).
The Honor GS 3 has several pre-installed apps, an alarm clock, timer, and remote camera release. Many will enjoy the presence of an audio player, even worse with capacity, because the watch has only 4 GB of internal memory. You can also install other apps, but it must be assumed that the device is not running on Google Wear OS, but LiteOS on the Apollo4 chipset.
The novelty is available in silver, gold and black, each complemented by a different strap. The first two have black, nappa leather straps (referred to as Pioneer Racing) that offer a durable rubber strap.
The Honor GS 3 measures 45.9mm in diameter, 10.5mm thick and weighs 44g. In China, they are already available for pre-order. Global availability and prices for our markets have not yet been announced
